My Apothecary Jars!

LeAnn is having a show us your favorite apothecary jar party! LeAnn has created a new blog and you can visit her at http://simplydandy.blogspot.com/. My first jar that I am showing you is full of cloth hearts and it sits on a shelf next to my fireplace(the shelf I pulled out of someones trash) can you believe what people will throw away!
This one is full of lemons and sits on my island in my kitchen.

This jar has apples in it and is next to my t.v. cabinet in my living room.

And my last jar is on the other side of my fireplace and it has beaded fruit in it! Thanks LeAnn this was fun!! I hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Kelly, I love all the apothecary jars. I started collecting them in 1970, my first year of marriage. In fact I have the first one I bought with cookies in what is now called Grammies Kitchen.. the cycle of life in a home. I use lemons in mine for the summer sometimes. your blog is really great you are doing a wonderful job. hugs Kathysue[rms]

Hi Kelly,
I love your apothecary jars. I bought one to take to Eufaula and when I got it there it was broken. boo hoo. But I guess after seeing how you have done yours I am going to have to get another.
Wasn't that a hoot with Kathleen.
We had that car packed and the seat all the way up and that was the only space left. Maybe I should get a rocking chair jsst for those moments. Then my friends can ride in comfort and style. lol.
I posted on One Shabby Old House.
We head to Eufaula this weekend so I will have some great pictures soon. I hate to post only ugly before pictures without a pretty something to follow.
Talk to you soon sis

Cute. Well, I would never have thought of any of that. See, that's why I need to read blogs, because I get such great ideas from people who would think up stuff.

I don't have a buffet table to put my seasonal trees on...My kitchen is tiny. Ugh. It has no windows, either. Yuk. Oh, well, I'm trying to bloom where I'm planted.

Can't wait until pumpkins go on sale here, because I do want to put them in the corner where you suggested.
Blessings,
Elizabeth

Your lil Abbey is the cutest ever! She sure looks alot like Bella Bleu. I think they got the same Hair doo. I love her frills and pearls. Is she a poodle?

Your new Rachel Ashwell curtain valance looks great. Your cottage is so lovely. And I adore the white pumkin with blue 'fall' letters vingette. My favorite is white pumpkins...and thats all you'll find at Sea Cottage.

Very nice. Are you lemons and apples fake or real? I tried it and my lemons would mildew. I guess I just answered my own question. :)
