Happy New Year!!(finally)

Happy New Year to all of my sweet blogging friends! I am so sorry that it took me so long , we have been out of town Ahhhh, doesn't it feel so refreshing to take down the Christmas decor! I feel like it should be Spring now, LOL. No I will not decorate for that yet, but I moved my china cabinet to the other wall in my dining rm and moved my buffet cabinet to my living rm, I won't show that pic yet because I will be making some changes in the living rm, but I haven't done it yet (; I sold my pink chairs and will be buying something else to replace them?? I sure have missed everyone and can't wait to get back on my normal schedule tomarrow, my kids take over my comp when their home); Well, I'm off to finish my projects and visit all of you!!
Hugs~Kelly
UPDATE: I don't want anyone out there having a heartattack about my pink chairs, LOL, I plan on buying new furniture from Ikea and they have pink slipcovers! I figured at least I would be able to change the pink covers out when I wanted a different look(; so don't be to alarmed , I have a plan!! You guys are so funny, you don't really think that I would do away with my pink now do ya ??!! Hugs~Kelly

Love the changes though it always looked so pretty. Everytime I go to your blog your sunny kitchen makes me smile-

I think you should have auctioned your pink chairs on your blog- you probably would have made a ton!

YOur cottage is just so cute, I don't know why you would want to change anything. But those pink slipcovered chairs at IKEA are great. I have the Ektorp sofa's with the white slipcovers. The only problem I've had with them is that the zippers are real cheap! The first time I took the slipcovers off to wash some of the zippers broke(and I am very gentle and careful) I also have had a hard time getting them clean, even with bleach the dirt doesn't come out. But I still love them. They're very comfy.

HI Kelly!

Ohhhhhh SOOOO fresh looking, I love it! and I have no issues with you doing spring :)! In fact I'm dying to see "the light" :) I am tired of winter already and it's only January! lol

I think I know those chairs from IKEA, they have such great deals and the best part is the slipcovers! I cannot wait to see them!

Happy New Year to you too! I feel like it should be Spring too. I am still taking down my Christmas decorations. I've just been so busy at work. I'm always so tired when I get home. I always feel like it should be Spring when I get my Christmas packed up. But wait...we still have Valentine's Day to decorate for! Pink and red here we come! I can't believe that you sold your pink chairs! I loved them! I know what ever you put in their place will be beautful. I love your home. It is so pretty. Come look at my blog and see how I plan on painting my kitchen cabinets and let me know what you think.

Hi Kelly,
I just did a zoom in on your room. I love what you did to the top of your hutch. That is always my problem. Yours looks beautiful inside and out. So I am going to be calling on you to help me with my dining room hutch. I just can't seem to get it right.
