I wanted to wish all of my sweet blogging friends a Happy Valentines Day! I am going out of town and will be back next week (; I hope all of you enjoy your day with your sweeties!! Big hugs & kisses~Kelly
Hi there Kelly~ I finally finished my red cabinets and posted it on my blog! I also had an idea of taking the one cabinet near the eatting bar off (leaveing a cabinet on either side of my stove area). I would then put 3 or 4 long open shelves up to put pitchers and platers and large bowls I use every day.
Have fun on your trip! I will talk to you when you get back! or leave you a email?
Si nice to meet you. I love your kitchen lamps I see. Looks so warm and inviting. I loved my visit here and joined up on the following button. Hope your having a wonderful time.
Hi Kelly. So glad to hear that you're doing well! Thanks for the comments on my kitchen...
We are selling our home in Dallas (my hubby still works there and our cottage is 75 miles away). He is considering the purchase of a travel trailer to stay in at a nice lakeside park near Dallas so he doesn't have to make the trip every day. I told him about yours and showed him the pics. It would be soooo much fun to get a vintage trailer and "fix" it up. He was looking at new ones...I'm trying to convince him to do what you did. I tried to find yours on "Cottage of the Month" but no luck! The photos on your blog are so darn cute! I love it! I hope he will consider buying vintage...we could have a cottage on wheels!
Have a great weekend...
P.S. I am going to have to take a vacation from my computer...I think I'm getting carpal tunnel syndrome -- too much blogging!
Hi, When you get home and are getting going with daily life again, would you stop by and look at my February 20th (Friday) post. I bought a new coffee table. It is pretty and white, BUT my furniture is sage green, etc. Would you please give me your opinion about what color I should paint it?
Thank you so much and I hope you had a great trip! Elizabeth
Yes, the weather is always an issue here-too hot or too cold! I use a Graco spray gun (professional)-my husband is a painting contractor and knows all about this stuff-he fixes it and I use it-that's the way I like it:) I would throw it otherwise:) Rene'
Wishing you a Happy Valentine's Day and have a nice weekend.
